The United Lender Services (ULS) Mobile App allows you to calculate a good faith estimate (GFE) for a mortgage loan in a matter of seconds. Also view an itemized list of fees and costs associated with the loan.

Along with calculating a GFE, you can also use the information you provided for the GFE to auto populate a request form to place an order for settlement services. You can then place an order using the ULS mobile app in just a few seconds.

Other capabilities include: auto fill for address based on zip code, capture and upload photos of physical forms when placing an order, and the ability to save username, password and Client Number for future usage.
